We’ve achieved some very gratifying milestones in the domain of health and nutrition publishing. Being well paid to share what we love doing – expanding the capacity for your optimal health, has always topped our list.

This is our declaration that we’re up to transforming the world’s capacity to experience optimal health.

One of the keys to doing that, is to share the most compelling, high impact health information with the largest potential audience for that information. That audience is in cyberspace.

Other than using email and browsing, we have no particular technical ability. However,
we’ve attracted a highly skilled and amazingly generous group of advisors who are guiding us to attract the largest possible audience in the shortest amount of time.

So this post will serve us as the first frame of a documentary of sorts. It will show how we became the world’s foremost health and nutrition authority site. I’ll be sharing some of these secrets with you, along with the results they produce in expanding our capacity for optimal health.

We’re at post number 1. No links, no widgets, no plug-ins. No Traffic.

We did get a new header. It was nothing like I thought it would be, and that’s probably a good thing. It was an unexpected but delightful surprise.

The next step is to practice posting some content. We’re going to have a web session with Bill Wardell, to practice posting articles based on some of our newsletters in WordPress. Will also write our “About” page first version to post.

Have no clue how to get the WordPress widgets. Already deactivated all plugins. What’s next?
