I employ a practice (sometimes more regularly than at others), of writing down a “story” about how my upcoming week will be.
I write the story from the perspective of looking back on Friday. I include all of the various domains in my life – relationships, business, health, etc. I write down the things that if completed, will move our commitments forward.
When Friday comes, I usually have a call with a committed colleague to report in to. We help keep each other on track regarding our “stories”.
This week’s story includes getting familiar with our BlogTalk Radio Show. We have the capacity (but not yet the skill), to create audio content to compliment Nutrition News.
We’re developing the Consumer’s Guide To Purchasing Nutritional Supplements. This Guide is the back story to how multiple global industries are impacting your ability to enjoy Optimal Health. This Guide will expand your ability to play and win your personal“Is It Healthy?” Game.
The Guide will cover the Safety, Efficacy and the Quality of nutritional supplements. We’ll distinguish Natural vs. Synthetic, Organic vs. Genetically Modified, Delivery Systems and Raw Material Supply Chains – (think contaminated pet food).
We’ll also cover the Policies and Practices that are designed to insure the Safety, Efficacy and Quality of nutritional supplements.
We’re going to do a lot of interviews. We’re talking to scientists, regulators, agency directors, industry experts and doctors. We’re asking them what are the Critical Points they want you the consumer, to know about the nutritional products you might be using or thinking about using.
This Guide is the back story to a rapidly growing global industry. It will compliment what we do in each issue of Nutrition News. In Nutrition News, we discusses the “What To Take”, “Why We Take Them”, and the “How Much” and “When To Take Nutritional Supplements”.
This Guide will expand the context of your own “Is It Healthy?” Game. After reading it, you will be knowledgeable, confident and powerful when making health choices.
You’ll be well on your way to winning your “Is It Healthy?” Game.
